7-4Pick a FET for 3.3VChoose a FET that lets a 3.3V microcontroller switch a 12V lamp

Power off
  • N-channel MOSFET (pick a part) (choose one)1/1 left
  • X1 lights fully when OUT1 is H (1.0 A or more)
  • X1 goes off when OUT1 is L
  • X1 stays off while OUT1 is Z (input)
  • Don't leave the FET's gate floating
  • Don't let the FET overheat (175 °C max)
  • Keep OUT1's current to 20 mA
